1. Return and Exchange Eligibility
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted. However, we will review requests for returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- Defective or Damaged Items: If the product is defective or damaged upon delivery, we will offer a replacement or refund.
- Incorrect Order: If you received an item that differs from what you ordered (wrong size, color, or design), we will correct the issue.
Note: Custom dresses made to your specific measurements or design requests are not eligible for return unless they are defective or incorrectly made based on the agreed specifications.
2. Return Process
If your item qualifies for a return or exchange under the criteria above, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us Within 7 Days: Notify us within 7 days of receiving your item by emailing [email protected] with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect or damage (if applicable).
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions, including where to send the item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is processed.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed as follows:
- Refund Method: The refund will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, bank account, etc.).
- Refund Processing Time: Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and any expedited or express shipping fees paid at the time of purchase will not be refunded.
4. Exchanges

5. Non-Returnable Items

- Custom Dresses: Any dress made to your specific measurements, design preferences, or customizations.

6. Modifications and Alterations
If the custom dress you ordered requires minor alterations after delivery, we recommend visiting a local tailor. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for issues that could be resolved with minor adjustments or alterations.
7. Cancellations
Since our products are custom-made, cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, we may have already started working on your dress, and cancellations will not be accepted.
