2. Custom Dress Orders
Custom Design Agreement: When placing an order for a custom dress, you agree to work closely with our team to ensure your measurements, design preferences, and other specifications are correct. Once production begins, no changes can be made.
Production Timeline: Each custom dress is made to order, and production times may vary depending on the complexity of the design. We will provide an estimated delivery time when your order is confirmed.
Final Product: Due to the nature of custom-made garments, minor variations in color, fit, and design may occur. By ordering, you acknowledge that these variations are normal and do not constitute a reason for return or refund.
3. Payment Terms
Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price you pay will be the price displayed at checkout, inclusive of any taxes or shipping fees.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment must be received in full before we start production of your custom dress.
Currency: If you are purchasing from outside the USA, your payment may be subject to currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
4. Shipping & Delivery

Order Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production begins, and cancellations are not permitted.
